- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 states of the USA.
- Shipping Cut-Off Time: Our shipping cut-off time is 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Handling Time: Orders will be processed within 1-20 business days after confirmation.
- Transit times: The typical delivery window is 3-10 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Total delivery time is 4 to 30 business days.

Important Notes:
- We do not offer international shipping and only deliver to the contiguous 48 states.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
Receiving Your Order

Missing Items
If you receive an order with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the missing items, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your products immediately upon receipt. If any item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items.
