Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns within 90 days for defective products only. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
Restocking Fee
A 0% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 90 days. Contact our customer service team for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with a photo or video showing the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Immediate Cancellation
You may cancel any order within 24 hours for a full refund. Contact us with your order ID to expedite the process.
Post-24-Hour Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, you may still request a cancellation, but it may incur costs.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return policy for any returned items.
