90-Day Money Back Guarantee
Metro EV Charge is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products. We value our relationship with our customers and offer customers the option of returning new and slightly used products within 90 calendar days for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service department by emailing support@metro-evcharge.com or by calling +1 866-894-1285.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
Return Method
The customer can return the item by mailing it to Metro EV Charge, LLC
Return Label
Once a return is approved, a shipping label will be emailed to the customer. The customer must download and print the return label, attach it to the package containing the returned item and send the package to Metro EV Charge.
Restocking Fee
A 0% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 business days. We will guide you through the replacement or refund process. We may request a photo or video showing the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Immediate Cancellation
You may cancel any order within 72 hours for a full refund. Contact us with your order ID to expedite the process.
